Design Build

TAM follows an Engagement Process with each of its clients to establish the basis for a mutually supportive working relationship.  The process may be unique from other building supply companies or processes because of the specific nature and class of technology that TAM utilizes in the manufacturing of the TAM Kits.  The process is more involved than a one-solution-fits-all.  Each TAM Kit is tailored to the specific needs, cultural requirements, and service availability of the client and eventually the end user.  For each TAM Kit an in-depth Design Build Process is followed to ensure the highest quality product is produced.  This ensures a win-win scenario whereby the best TAM products can be selected for the project.

This Design Build process includes selection, or design of the floor plan, and house style.  TAM has multiple floor plans and options to choose from, can utilize an existing floor plan and design, or help design a new floor plan according to the client wants.

At the completion of the process a Bill of Materials with pricing, content, production time, shipping costs, and estimated assembly time is presented
